• 2008 CADE Sauvignon Blanc (Napa Valley)
  750ml $26
  The 2008 vintage is a bit richer and denser than past vintages. Enticing aromas of green melon, wet stones, cantaloupe, cut grass and vanilla bean are followed on the palate with flavors of guava, rose petal, gooseberry and vanilla. The 7% Semillon fleshes out the mid palate and adds a nice layer to the finish.
• 2006 cade Napa Cuvée Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley )
  750ml $60
  The 2006 cade Napa Cuvee Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from some of the premier vineyards in Napa Valley, is a very approachable wine in its youth – deep, dark, dense and luscious. Aromas of blackberry, currant, anise and vanilla immediately jump from the glass. With aeration secondary aromas of plum, cedar and soy develop. On the palate, flavors of blackberry, boysenberry, black olive and raspberry are framed by polished tannin. The finish is smooth and lush with just a hint of tannin that suggests a long life.
• 2006 CADE Cabernet Sauvignon Howell Mountain
  750ml $68
  The 2006 CADE Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon is truly a powerful wine and a true representation of Howell Mountain. Aromas of baked plums, cassis, black olive and smoke jump from the glass. Secondary aromas of soy, vanilla, black cherry and cola nut come forward with aeration. On the palate dense flavors of black cherry, cocoa powder, black olive and sage are followed with a dense wall of tannins that will allow for this to age gracefully for the next 5-10 years.
• 2006 CADE Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Howell Mountain
  750ml $126
  This is wine is a small release from our Estate Vineyard and it is only available here at CADE. Planted in 2003 we are the only winery to produce wine from this exciting and dramatic hillside estate. When first opened it reveals a strikingly provocative aromatic display of graphite, violets dark chocolate and cedar. With aeration aromas of black Currant, dark chocolate and black cherry fill the glass. A classic mountain Cabernet Sauvignon and a true representation of the 2006 vintage, it is full bodied and benefits from aging with flavors of chocolate truffle, black cherry, cocoa powder and currant. It displays immense concentration and a voluptous texture suggesting it will benefit with 2-3 years of bottle age or a good decant. It will evolve nicely for the next 15+ years.
